$15.00 Day-of-Match Entries accepted between 6:00 pm and 6:30*. Payment via cash or check accepted.
$5.00 Junior Showmanship Pre-Entry or Day-of-Entry
$5.00 Show-and-Go EXHIBITION ONLY (Show-and-Go entries are not included in the 30-entry limit). Show-and-Go is open to any

AKC eligible breed including those animals and exhibitors that are otherwise ineligible to compete in AKC conformation. AKC Match Rules Apply.
No Champions of Record may be entered except in Junior Showmanship and Show-and-Go.
Major pointed dogs may not be entered except in Junior Showmanship.
Professional Handlers may exhibit dogs they own.

No food vendor; bring your own food and water; no alcoholic beverages allowed on site. No paramedic on site at the event. Set-up in designated areas only; no generators and no staking of tents (use weights).

Junior Showmanship:

Pre-Novice: Age 8 and Under 9 years.
Novice: Age 9 and Under 18 Yrs, Won no more than three (3) First Placements with competition.
Open: Open: Age 9 and Under 18 Yrs, Three (3) or more First Placements with competition.

WAIVER: By signing this entry, I assume full responsibility for any claims, loss, injury, or death that may be alleged to have been
caused directly to me or my dog(s) while attending this event. I hold harmless lost dutchman Kennel Club, Inc., the City of Apache
Junction Parks and Recreation, and any and all employees, volunteers, and or vendors associated with the event.

All persons attending this event waive any claim for damages against the club, their members, or agents in the event a vehicle must be
entered to rescue an unattended or confined animal or child that is overheating or at risk of suffocation due to improper ventilation. All
persons attending the event grant the Club the righty to photograph, videotape, audiotape, live stream, or otherwise use their likeness
and voice in any manner without further release or consent. All persons must adhere to any infectious disease mitigation rules and
protocols and any updates and changes to these as may be published prior to or on the day of the event.
